Martina Kolpondinos
Bridging human connection and digital transformation
Hi, my name is Martina – founder of Kosma Connect: a space where human values and digital innovation meet, and where trust isn’t a feature – it’s the foundation.
My journey has been guided by curiosity, a strong sense of fairness, and a belief that technology should elevate people, not shut them out. Born into Switzerland’s precision, rooted in Italian warmth, married into Greek culture, and shaped by a global mindset – I bring layered perspectives into everything I do.
I work at the intersection of deep listening, strategic thinking, and systems reimagining – pushing past convention to create experiences through interactions in digital spaces that are intuitive, meaningful, and human-first. Over the past 15+ years, I’ve supported public institutions, global organizations, and emerging digital ecosystems with responsible innovation – helping shape human-centered solutions in AI, automation, and digital transformation. My focus: making complex systems feel meaningful, empowering, and intuitive for real people.
In 2022, everything aligned even more clearly when I stepped into the world of Self-Sovereign Identity (SSI) at the Internet Identity Workshop (IIW). Since then, I’ve deepened my expertise in SSI related topics, contributed to international communities and helped shape Switzerland’s evolving digital identity landscape – driven by a vision of trust, empowerment, and individual agency in the digital age.
I hold a PhD in Computer Science from the University of Zurich, where I explored how interactions in digital spaces can become more inclusive, playful, engaging and impactful. Executive studies at UC Berkeley Haas added a strategic lens to my technical foundation.
Also: I’m a proud cat mom, an amateur archer, a godmother to two radiant souls, and a former yoga teacher – because balance matters, both online and off.
Kosma Connect is more than a company to me – it’s a living invitation to rethink how we design, connect, and collaborate in a world that’s constantly evolving.
